Stock price is holding up quite well so far, all things considered, especially with oil briefly dropping below $80.  One wonders why it took them 9 years to come to the conclusion they did.  Where's the accountability?

Agree it took too long to decide, although the original arbitrator died halfway through, and they hand to find a replacement which took some time.

That may be, but it was actually a case against the Federal Government of Canada, not Quebec.
