Its all for naught unless the lender grants terms that allow PPR to move forward as a going business concern (on or before 7/1/24). Or, that we have a pleasant surprise that "puts us out of our shareholder misery".

July 1st is a holiday Monday, so one would think that something has to be released by the company by June 28th, at the latest.  That means a little more than a week and we should know something.

It is possible that they also wait until after July 1st to issue a press release.
