The RS or consolidation.

If there is a RS or consolidation. the PCEP and Schyba shares will also be affected.  PCEP have common shares just like Schyba.

Another question.
EX: Say I buy 1 million rights at .7394 at PPR.RT, how much will it cost me to buy the million shares.  If you guys know the answer please let me know how this will work.

If/when there is a share consolidation, it will take place AFTER the Rights Offering.  If/when it does occur, your shares will still have the same monetary value, you will just have less shares which will be worth more per share. If you have a million shares and exercise your right to purchase the full .739474 per share, you will receive an extra 739,474 shares and it will cost you 0.025 ...more
