I hear they had a ton of meetings at Beaver Creek. There was lots of enthusiasm expressed by meeting participants about the progress being made and the plans going forward.  

They may have an offer/s on the table or coming but I am hoping they can hold out another 6-12 months.  That would give time to upgrade much of the inferred to M&I, add more total ounces and with any luck find more high grade in the expansion areas.  

Market is giving us a value of about $25 ounce, I hear comparables are closer to $100/ounce. Have waited since the last buyout, buying a fair number of shares along the way.  Willing to go another year to make sure we get $4-6.

The insiders must have over 10% of the company  if they had to exercise all their options together  with their current holdings. I'm swimming with the tide no matter large  the wave is !
