Why do you all think shareholders are getting zip?

The assets are being "bought" for $9,200,000

By my calculations, once the debt is payed off there should be $.16 to $.19 a share left over per share

$7.2 milion in debt and about $1.8 million in cash = roughly $5.4 million

$9.2 million - $5.4 million = $3.8 million

$3.8 million divided by 21.1 million shares outstanding = 18 cents a share
