Ncib

Would have started this week i plan to keep and eye on sedi. If they havent been buying last week then i am out of this for good. I dont like the fact that an insider was dumping massive amounts earlier in the summer when this was trading much lower....not something you would do if you have a positive outlook. The companies commumication is also very poor. Either way if the ncib was fluff then this will be cooked for me....

shawshank ... insiders sell for a variety of reasons. What's more telling is that Shenoor, the selling insider, is a trustee. Meanwhile, the CEO and CFO bought during spring, and the CFO added more last month. Management buying their own shares is what you want to see in a public company. It's a different sort of commitment, and vote of confidence, when you have skin in the game. The CFO ...more

Tbh insider buying has been fairly small throughout all of covid. Many other companies i follow have had huge insider buying since march as they know the company is under valued. I disagree saying it is only a trustee as it has been massive insider selling when the company is suppose to be under valued. Why not hold on a year and sell at a much higher amount given the shares she sold? We shall see ...more

Arbutus22 you make good points. Shenoor Jadavji is President of Lotus Capital Corp. Seeing as that is her main business, it is not surprising she would move some capital to her main venture. Lotus partnered with Pro Reit in 2014 and ProReit's market cap has quadrupled since then. She secured her Trustee position with ProReit as part of the partnership.

yes, I posted this back when it occurred, shenoor and lotus have other projects on the go and most likely due to the whole covid thing they required capital to keep things moving on those projects, you can bet she didn't want to pull that capital at that time but prob had no choice. im pretty sure shawshank knows this but seems to have other agendas, lol. having said that, I am literally ...more

Yes well see how this week plays out. All reits got a good bounch but failed to get much of a break through. Prv found resistance at 4.8 and stayed flat all day so well see how it goes. Prv proved to be minimally impwcted by covid but might see further sell off with shut downs. Either way would be good to retest 4.20 to form douboe bottom

I'm not going to lie, I'm hoping for this to drop as well, in all honesty I thought today might be a bloodbath, I'm trying to carefully pick my spots as best I can at this point, saw a big drop in my portfolio probably like many did at the early stages of this thing back in march and april, did a full on reorganization on my holdings and did ok through the summer into September ...more
