Quebec and ontario announced further restrictions and now talking about another lockdown...be curious to see how the market reacts tomorrow

The US will come out the victor, herd immunity + vaccine and way more technology.  Canada is screwed.

there may just be a move toward "coping" rather then shutting down, lets face it at some point life must just carry on. I really don't see a ton of negativity in the last 2 trading days, in fact the price of oil today was the determining factor for the tsx even to be in the red. perhaps minor adjustments have been made in bars and restaurants but the government is hell bent on ...more

Market may not act that negatively to restaurants shutting down again or school, because we'll see in next 6-12 months the worst of the pandemic will be over and treatments will be readily available.

Yes everything about the numbers smells and there are a ton of holes/ unanswered questions which is why alot of people are fed up. I know one thing is that the politicians love it as it has taken away from all their misgivings even a major corruption at the fed level! I still dont trust they will not have another mass shutdown

Great call shawshank lol. Not too mention the fact they can get away with doing jack sh1t for the last 7 months and the longer they drag it on they answer for nothing, simply jump up on their soap boxes and tell the people what they can and can't do.....
