Management needs to answer the tough question

When will the dividend return to pre pandemic rate? It's been a year that they slashed it and yet still collect rent at very good rates. Nothing untoward has affected the revenue stream. Why are we still only receiving a reduced dividend?

The SP is still down on a 52 Week basis and the reduced dividend is clearly a reason.

While I agree with you regarding  the monthly distribution, a year ago we were trading below $3.50 and its only been a couple of months since we got back above $6.00 consistently so not sure how you can state that the SP is down on a 52 week basis.

My appologies, SP is down vs March 14th, 2020.
