Not really a question of that, more a question of the money being there and the uncertainty gone. When the need no longer is to preserve capital and dilution at cheap s.p. the div will come back. REITs are designed to return money to shareholders so it's not a question of them wanting to keep it per se. Some have bumped the cut dividends back up some, my guess here would be resumption of drip

With regards to the drip and dividend, that's all pure speculation on my part and simply my opinion. What actually happens next is anyone's guess. Lol. Good luck.
