Someone knows what is goin on ? SP was at 8$ pre-covid, 99% rent was collected during the period. SP stablized at around 7$. since the acquisition and financing at 6,85$ its a free fall to 6,55$. 

Any bad news, major shareholder selloff?

Srieux , il n'y a pas de panique avec cette faible WTFchute de 4% . Il y a tout de mme de gros volume d'acheteurs sur le stock .  Les vendeurs dcouverts devront tt ou tard venir faire face aux lois du march , c'est dire racheter leurs positions fautes de vendeurs .,Aucune panique voir ici . La patience est de mise . a me donne juste le got d'en racheter davantage ce

I believe that there was some speculation that distributions were going to be increased, partly if not fully back to prerpandemic levels. When the quarterly results were released and no change was made to the distribution some selling has resulted. I also belive that the indication that they are moving to be more of an industrial play indicates that there is far less chance that the distribution
