Dividend cut coming ?

With AFFO around 100% and debenture 8%,if they don't improve perfprmence

dividend cut coming in the end of this tear.

They already cut dividend in 2020 and never increase it.

They should stop issue shares every time around 7- 7.5 CAD

Are you a short seller giving false information? Affo payout ratio is 87%. They just swapped the type of debt. Debt to Gross Book Value* of 49.2% at March 31, 2023, compared to 51.2% at same date last year

TD's numbers are just not good. AFFO payout has been stable for the past two years and first semester around 88%. As to the office comment, Pro only has 6% of their portfolio in real estate, plus amortizing never has any effect on AFFO.

Short sellers are attacking reits even with zero or very low exposure to office. It's good time for people who misside the covid rally. my guess is BoC might start cutting interest rates soon. Looking at last month job numbers, 6k full time jobs lost and all the gains were in part time. Last year I used to see so many "Now Hiring" signs. Now no signs as many (1 million last year ...more
