I doubt the CEO would be buying / adding another 10,000 units roughly a week ago at $5.10 if the company had plans to make a distribution cut.
"With a 99-per-cent occupancy rate, we continue to benefit from very favorable leasing activity, including 85 per cent of 2023 maturing GLA renewed at 43.2-per-cent positive average rental rate spread. Without the temporary vacancy of a 102,000-square-foot industrial property, which has been fully re-leased at an average positive spread of 55 per cent, same-property NOI (adjusted for one temporary vacancy) growth amounted to 3.9 per cent in the second quarter of 2023, compared with the same prior-year period. The full impact of this compelling lease-up will be reflected in our fourth quarter results for this fiscal year."

I've watched insiders buy their reits like slate and Artis only to have unit price plummet. I hope prv is different but a lot of sellers bailing down here
