This and so many reits fell off a cliff lately. So far away from previous trading range, that even many good days won't get it there.

Look at the positive side. You can accumulate Reits at cheap prices. Canada is in a recession from last 3 quarters if you look at gdp per capita. Unfortunately our dumb BoC governor cannot read the numbers. Interest rates will fall soon but not sure when it would be.
