No NR...my take

What to expect in the days ahead???

Here is my take...the fact that we have not yet seen a NR is positive.  WHY?

First, PRX has had the data and the analyses long enough (imho) that I believe if the results were NOT positive, they would be compelled by the exchange, under the timely release of pertinent info requirement, to issue a NR to that effect.

That says to me that the wait signals a POSITIVE result.  How POSITIVE?  Well that depends.  A co-development deal is preferable to a private placement to fund P3.  A bit longer wait tends to support working out the details of a co-development deal as a PP would be relatively easy to trigger (IMHO again, those dicussions have already taken place).

So, let's be patient.  The potential upside here is significant.

Any one else have thoughts on what the timing says?

I don't know how long they've had the data - would like to know.  My take is that the results are not 100 or zero % positive.  The extra time is likely being used in efforts to explain what went right in the successes and what went wrong in the non-successes.

I doubt it.Nothing on the Insider Reports.  Last entry was James Leslie Heppell in mid 12-09 who bought about 14K shares on the open market; average price approx. .705.
