I understand better now Sunchild.  Let me offer some thoughts:Point 1 - if the current shareholders are prepared to put up the $35 million to get through Phase 3, then that would be viable.  I have over 200,000 shares and would not be prepared to put up $100K based on the info that the company has provided todate.  WP is and I am ok with that.  I would be OK with any investor

Sunchild you make some very good points.All I know is that when you look at market comparibles. Antarez etc. They did much better for there shareholders with lesser products.I have always been of the mind that these guys dont know how to run a public company. We have alway lagged behind lesser company. I dont believe the story about bad markets. The product is good enough to attract a kessei and
