This wasn't an actual purchase, he moved 1,000,000 shares into a charity that he is the director of (He donated them to a charity but the shares are still under his control)

Thanks Qwerty. Quite embarrassing when basic information cannot be interpreted correctly. If anything it would have been more ressonably misinterpreted as a sale, which it wasn't either. Doesn't inspire much confidence in other opinions!

au moins PETER ne les a pas vendu... ce qui est un bon signe. Peter les a juste tranferer a une oeuvre de chariter et si tu donnes 3,6 M$ a une oeuvre de chariter (quelle soit a ton nom ou pas) tu vas devoir donner se montant $$$$ Donc, si Peter donne 3,6M$ a une oeuvre de chariter, c'est parce qu'il sait qu'il va y avoir d'autres revenus qui vont venir... canyousayiii tu as raison, j'ai peut-etre induit en erreur le monde au debut mais regarde le site que je me suis baser au debut "CEO". https://ceo.ca/api/sedi/?symbol=pyr&amount=&transaction=&insider= Avoue que ce n'est pas marquer que Peter a tranferer des actions dans une oeuvre de chariter. C'est en VERT (donc un achat) et c'est marquer ACQUISITION.

Tres bien. Souvent il-y-a plus q'une transaction qui concerne acquisition, dispositions, warrants, etc. On doit consulter la liste completement. Aussi, c'est transaction etait deja discuter en detail. Au futur.
