The Law of Diminishing Returns
Good Evening All.
Well what a week it has been. On the previous Friday, Feb. 12, 2021, the PYR closing sp was $ 9.43. At that point in time, the 52 week high was $ 9.45 that was hit twice, the day before & that Fri. Feb. 12. Then at the end of this current week, only 4 Business days later, we had a closing sp of $ 11.88. The new 52 week sp high of $ 12.14 was on Wed., Feb. 17.
Bottom line, after 4 business trading days, the PYR sp jumped from Fri. to Fri. a whopping 26 %.
I stated earlier, that when those earlier investors paid the 52 week high of $ 9.45, Good for you. Well those buyers @ the new 52 week high of $ 12.14, I will repeat myself by saying, Good for you. Will I stop repeating that statement ? IMO, not. Too much of the Pyro story is in play & much more to be released in NRs that will just add more fuel to the Pyro story.
Imagine how Cathie Wood feels ? ! This is one ' heavy hitter ' in the investment world who recognizes the values offered up by Pyro. Thus my bet is she's more than just pleased.
Will she stop building her Pyro holdings ? I doubt that very much. IMO, once certain things come into play too, I believe she will go into HPQ in a big way. Why ? A big part of that thought are the Very same reasons that PYR is so very close tied into HPQ.
Cathie Wood intially dipped her toes into the Pyro waters mid Jan. by buying up shares. So a Big congrats to the many readers here who beat her to the punch by buying into PYR earlier. Recognizing high demand diverse disruptive tech before others is a game changer for a patient investor.
Less than 1 year ago, one could buy into PYR @ $ 0.20 - $ 0.45 for a short period of time. Now here we are @ $ 11.88. What has changed ? Just read the NRs, as they are key indicators of the PYR successful, diverse disruptive tech that continues to attract Blue Chip clients. Big & small.
Looking over their offerings, IMO, I see 8 business lines that point to very large growth opportunities. Breaking out the market cap of PYR into the 8 categories would be most difficult. But I kept it simple in my investment approach. I see, IMO, the 4 largest business lines, Drosrite, 3D powders, Iron Ore Pelletization & HPQ taking up the $ 11.88 sp.
Thus leaving the other 4 as freebies, in my very simple approach. Those 4 are Tunneling, Plasma Torch Burner Usage - Other ( glass, cement, steel, etc. wherever heavy industrial Burners are reqd), Waste Management ( eg. Naval- US Carriers ) , and R & D.
Freebies ? ! ! Bottom line is, IMO, the PYR sp has far, far more room to grow, and those buying in @ the 52 week high of $ 12.14 will be more than pleased. Sooner than later.
When one invests, there is an amount, decided by you, that is used to pick up shares.Using for eg. $ 3600, hard earned, hard saved ( an aggressive 10 % savings after Income taxes, EI, & CPP) by the avg Cdn with salary earned over 12 months of $ 55,806 gross.
That $ 3600 annualized saving, buying @ a $ 0.60 avg sp, would have bought you a return of 6,000 PYR shares, to own & cherish. That same $ 3600 paid out to buy in return, @ $ 11.88 a share, now for the ownership of 303 PYR shares. That's what I see as a law of diminishing returns. But that same investment, less shares, still , IMO, will pay immense values.
Think now, if you were an older shareholder who bought into Berkhire Hathaway, many many years ago. Today if you owned 1 share of the Class A, I would have to consider you a significant shareholder !
Why is that, you ask ?! @ $ 364,400 US per share. That's why.
The ball park # of approx 75 M free floating shares of PYR is simply far too low once PYR hits the Nasdaq.
Anything goes as an expected large # of significant global investors go charging into the market place, screaming , Buy, Buy , Buy.
Sadly, there will be far too little to buy of PYR.
Best of wishes to All, good health,
Sincerely,
