Anyone who is issued a summons needs to counter sue, for Peter has had some false statements in past,They do have to hand you the notice in person and a quebec civil court is recognized as foreign in Ontario and takes alot more money to proceed with the suit if it is granted permission.A judgement in Quebec will mean nada if you live outside of that juridsticrion,

Even pumpers will not affect the share price when 3P owns 50% or more of the shares. Threatening little shareholders is a monstruous wate of time and money. In 2008 i took Manulife Financial to court over something they said ,Was not to do with stock market in any way  i won a judgement in that case so i will not shy away from threats.. I think Peter and Pyro need to use the legal system to expose these clowns and ID these people.  Most likely they are shorters and wants to make quick profit at the expense of the long term shareholders. I think it is great having a President and CEO so vested in his company and aligned with shareholders' interests.  Keep in mind that Peter Pascali (PYR's President and CEO) has been with PyroGenesis since 1992 and owns approximately half of the outstanding shares.  Peter has invested millions of his own money (through private placements, etc.) to fund and support PyroGenesis
