The facts are that the recovery high off the low was a trade that went through at $1.39 on November 9th.

Right now, the fact is that the stock is sitting at $1.06, and interest has disappeared.

The 50-day average volume is 234,000 and the 30-day average volume is 219,000.

The 10-day average volume is 115,000 shares.

This company has 172 million shares outstanding.

That's a fact.

What would happen if just 1% of the shares held wanted out?

That's 1.72 million shares.

Notice I qualify the question by asking "IF".

The fact is that "IF" just 1% headed for the exit, this stock would be in serious trouble.

This is real analysis, thanks, T. Now here comes the clown brigade next that have yet to get the point that SH is changing.   Where do yous see PYR landing, T, by the end of tax loss selling? You analsysis is sound, btw.  Low volume is the killer of Canadian stocks, whether they need to die or not, it is a stock killer.

Thats a very astute post Tamarack.I look back when Peter  mulktimillions of shares at prices from 7.63 down to a low of 1.03 per share.There were not enouigh new investors to stop the price from imploding and along with general market conditions deteriorating it was not  agreat situation.Now we have investors taking tax loss and disenfranchised with the performace of the stock.Can we

Wow, I had never actually looked at the PYR chart before your post Darryl.  Nice to see we can all be civil for once and learn from one another. That chart is atrocious and it'll take me a while to wrap my head around why that is. Need to look at the data. Thanks to both you and T for this insight.

I want to see the financials first before commiting to a buy here.I believe a trade is possible buying in the next three weeks selling in first few months of january.But hey if it happens it does I dont chase anything with my money always another play to get into.

What do you see at the entry point?  Tax loss selling is here only for a short time. And when you talk about the financial, have you looked in-depth at the Nov 11 SEDAR filing and, if so, do you have any conclusions?

I dont see it hitting the year low of 94 if that helps so my entry is from here down to there I guess...99 to  abuck feels right to me.....I will look at last finnacials today my main concern is cash on hand which they show as 8 million or so.
