Looks like there is some positive response to this news. TD is showing the ask at .69c this morning. Any why not? They are moving forward with Client C and signing a contract. So it's only a matter of time before their earnings will reflect this opositive development! GL Longs

Will gap up for sure, as it does most of the time. Any guesses how much they will be paid for analyzing the potentail torch used? Do you get a sense that there will actually be a torch supplied or is this more of a "paper exercise" now....that would precede any delivery of operational torces some time in the future, maybe years after all the SATs etc?
