3.  Able to identify technical patterns in charts to better understand the personality of investor base involved with a given company
4.   Have conviction of their investment theses so that short term trends do not set off financially-       devistating emotional decisions
5   Deploy a highly methodical, mechanical  trading strategy
6   Comit time daily/weekly towards research.


If you do not fit all of these criteria you are a neophyte and have no place putting posts on this board.  Stop the whining.
