It was addressed during the Sidoti Virtual conf end of June, but I can't find a link to share with you. Doesn't seem to be on the website anymore.

Sebraz...Well all DME companies have been saying the Philips recall is not an issue, nor the lack of semiconductor chips. Except Inogen, who's share price got punished for being honest. Look at their chart.  I listened to the Sidoti conf and don't recall them talking about the Philips recall. which I was aware of at the time. However I will give you the benefit of the doubt that at

Valid points. I'm sure will be re-addressed in the conference call. Surprised they havent news released the date for that yet...

I agree Sebraz.... My opinion, they may not be pulling the trigger right now on aquisitions as a result of the disruptions. Like VMD they may want to conserve cash to buy replacement equipment until Philips fix the issue and everything plays out. Also it may create better aquisition opportunities, due to other smaller companies with limted cash ability to survive as a result of the recall. (see
