Can you imagine what kind of earnings 200 million will buy?

At 24% Ebitba margin or even better considering the effiiencies this company brings to the table. The question is at what price. I imagine after a large aquisition with big promotion in place would be ideal. We are on the Nasdaq afterall.

Keep yourself honest brentski, They haven't proven to deliver >24% Adjusted Editda yet. That being said, transforming companies running at 5-10% to 21% with efficiencies and improvements, this is still a great use of their current and future cash.
