AGM

In my view the management has the vision and capability to fulfill their strategy: 1. Hired highly qualified Paul Hill as QTRH CEO 2. Quickly sold VIZIYA to focus on 5G-ITS 3. Semicoductor technologies are important components in 5G ITS and patent licensing. So they bought more semiconductor patents from IBM, Media Tech, TSMC etc.. 4. 5G is the key for next generation ITS , so they have Dr. Fattouche back to the Board with 5G standards experences. 5.Sensors are also key enabling technologies of 5G ITS. They have successfuly acquired Sensorline and made WIM a leader..(road, railway 6. Patent licensing performs great (Intel, LG, etc) 7.They have planned to use the leveraged finance for acquisitions if necessary... I can see they carefully planed and excuted their strategy to get ready for any occurring opportunity ... I want to give them a chance..So voted all FOR.. Good luck

All good point wanttoknowwhy.  I'd add two more thoughts: Anna Tosto - the new BoD nominee hs strong backgrounds in M&A and in rail.  She also seems well connected politically. Hill's and Watchmaker's comp has a successful acquisition component to achieve performance awards.

Cabbie, Do you work for Quarterhill?  A personal driver for Skippen perhaps?  Hill?

No I don't HRA.  Fortunately for me...unfortunately for you, SH keeps a record of posts.  In your case going back to 2003. You seem to show up every year about this time with the same narrative. I don't believe you own QTRH shares.  You seem to be bitter about something that happened in 2007.  However, on the oft chance that you do own QTRH shares and as you have ...more

My understanding is it does not work that way. If there are 8 listed, you have 8 chances to speak.  You cannot pencil someone in, at least online.

What are you talking about, Cabbie?  Unfortunately for me that SH keeps a recored of posts?  I have nothing to hide.  If i did, I would simply get a new account like many other posters.  Yes, I have been around since 2003 and since Trivision.  So what is your point?  Never sold a share and have bought more on several occassions.  In retrospect, not the best ...more

HRA, it's stressful when decisions are made on things that happened years ago.  They cannot be changed...water over the dam.  If I distrusted management to the extent that some posters here seem to, I would not be invested. Imo, generally Skippen did a good job steering Wilan from near bankruptcy in 2006 - 2007 through monetizing the original Wilan WiFi patents in 2011 - 2012 ...more
