Short sellers having there day

Buyers who are aware of QTRH situation on all of companies divisions are not the ones selling.IMO
The market does not generally  not take kindly to companies who raise debt. QTRH did not in my opinion raise 50 million for general operating purposes.   We had ample resources to fund operations.   This is not my opinion  but based upon the following facts>

As at end  of Q2 we showed working capital ( Receivables - Liabilities) of 138 million.
Deduction 75 million advanced to purchase ETC and we still have 64 million.
Add  Q3 should show additional  cash and working capital.

SO IF WE DID NOT NEED CASH FOR GENERALLY OPERATING PURPOSES, WHY WOULD WE
RAISE ADDITIONAL 50 MILLION. along with SElf financing???

The shorts are just playing daily game and when announcement comes re use of funds and Q3 ,there will be hugh shortsqueeze which will drive our shares to new levels.

Just be patient and do not sell shares into speculative hands.  I find it very difficult to accept that after 2 months of ETC and examination of ETC records that QTRH ITS would be embarking on a major
acquistion without knowiing  use of funds.  IMO--- ETC must have exceeded their expectations or they would not be arranging their ducks to pull off major coup.  Paul and his staff must have  done above and beyond due dilegence to convince Executive management and Board to
proceed with acquisition.

Just like V-g in his opinion says - Don't sell into speculators.   Sit back for next 30 days and then decide  if you want to stay.

If we make another ETC like acquisition we will have our first $5 price target since 2011. CIBC moved from 4.00 -> 4.50 after ETC and will move to 5.00 with another ETC-like acquisition. The price target excludes collecting on the second Apple  jury verdict.  He describes an upside case of $6.00 if the second jury verdict is affirmed.  That target would move up to 6.50. His ...more

This is what happens when you invite Bay Street to the party. You end up with your stock ravaged by manipulative hoards, your daughters all left in a severely compromised state, and a $5 million complimentary bar bill.

...or as a $2M cover charge. Take your seat mrmoribund and watch the concert, maybe even enjoy it. The curtain is about to go up. Reviews will come when the concert is over.
