It wasn't long ago that when awarded contracts were announced we got a pop in the share price and volume up with new investors taking a position.  Nowdays after the awarded anounncement the shareprice and volume barely move to the upside and more common to the downside. Fundamentally this is not right!

Technology investors are buying the Microsofts, Invidia's etc. Small caps are still unloved. Hopefully things will change one of these days.
