Any institution that wants to accumulate a 5% position in QTRH will have to buy over a period of time 2 weeks-2 months. 

i believe this process has already started by the recent volume and price movement. 

A small cap stock with limited shares outstanding can get propelled to new heights quite quickly. Don't be surprised to see the stock at 2.50 - 2.75 before this is over and before the next q3 results. 

of course market conditions can not deteriorate in the next 2 months. 

The best outcome will occur between now and end of 2026 .....

I would congratulate you, but not until 3.10 or better! That would be a REAL signal that the stock is breaking out! For now its a nothing burger gaining back some credits for staying in business!!
