The quick fix is to pay the CEO in shares only. No cash salary.

They should of taken the buyout from Canaccord a couple of years back.
Lets VOTE against the compensation package and the current board.
Richardson's use to be players in the financial industry years ago, now they are just a minnow that can't make money.
