So Iooks like Q3 Riocan and HR Reit both have FFO of 41 cents

AFFO Riocan- 37 cents, HR- 35 cets

Yet Riocan is $3 higher

Maybe HR passes RIOCAN? The office segment and residential could make Q4 better for HR

  dude your quoting FFO per share... it's not Apple ot apples. Depends on the float.
