Too late now.  The new strain has spread all across the UK.  You have to ask if things will be getting better over the next week or worse.  I think worse.  Get ready for a general market crash unless you are defensive now.  Covid stocks are telemedicine, tech, food. All those margin buyers will be rushing for the exits together.  Just like back in March.

Why am I a poor guy?  And I am not buying.  I can play puts and calls all day long.  @CanCdn is in denial.  Do you really want to be in the markets with a new strain that is 70% more infective when we don't know yet if the vaccine is still useful?  I suspect the vaccine is still good but the short answer is that we don't know yet.   We criticized China

UK knew about this variant since Sept . of course UK does more testing for variation than any other countries, They should have come clean with it in October. the strain is none sense , shutting down air travel from UK is also none strain, this strain was dicovered in septemeber, its way too late to stop travels from UK , also in general when a virus mutates to become more infectious it becomes LESS deadly also there are no study proving this is more infectious to begin with. and no it doenst not effect the vaccine as them mutation is at the base of
