Retail Apocolypse
So sad. Did you hear that Godiva Chocolate is closing all of its stores in North America. So sad. I have to be honest, retail is up sh it creek in a leaky canoe without a paddle and is phu ck ed.
And some of you pumpers still think we will see $21 in 2021 and $30 in 2022. Not happening with government mandated shut downs. Better get really defensive.
On a positive note, looks like Reddit is preparing to wage war on the silver shorters. By physical. You are welcome.

21 in 2021. 30 in 2022. No way, $13 in 2021 . $9 in 2022.

A small chocolate store that I've seen virtually no riocan locations have is least of concerns to me. Lockdown era is on the 8th inning. Quebec and Alberta, New York and California along with rest of the world is getting ready Feb -April everything will reopen and then come the mass population vaccinations.

Too funny. Apocalypse eh? You have to be honest do you? All this because godiva is closing? Maybe you are happy to have everything shut down but I am forward looking to normalcy and getting out and going places, things will boom when the green light comes, and silver has been controlled for years "reddit" cant and wont fix it.

Exactly. We will boom. People are so sick of the restrictions, so sick of all things online, sick of zoom, etc etc etc. If its not one retailer, it will be replaced by another...and Riocan is all prime property... https://www.bnnbloomberg.ca/strong-getting-stronger-retailers-scouting-property-amid-covid-1.1552721

No guys. It looks like rents are and have to come down. I will guess that the FFO will drop by at least 13%. The Godiva Chocolate reference was just to give an example of what is happening in the retail world. I am seeing sub $12. Serious. 2021 will be the year we retest lows.

REI is 38% lower than this time last year. I think todays prices more than reflect a temporary 13% drop in FFO.

@shirtlessnomore- buy physical silver, not the paper and take delivery. Let's see what happens. Silver and Gold is money but also a commodity. Just watch what will happen when industries need the silver to make their batteries or solar panels and they start stockpiling silver. Good luck to you and congrats on getting some silver.

I only buy physical silver, no drama involved with anything other then the price of it.

Ok blue, just to show you I'm not entirely against your silver prediction I bought some more, i have some already from old hopes and dreams maybe it will pay off someday and at least it's a real asset not a pumped to 50 times its value stock. What will most likely happen is my daughter will eventually reap the rewards because I've never sold any of my silver. Cheers gl ..

Blue one You need to imagine April and June and September. How may North Americans will be vaccinated? Only one million people will be dead and immigrants will be piling into Canada mat
