Or could it be Covid-19 and Vaping increasing the intensity and spread quicker....  I can see how young people would share their vap with each other....even share mouth to mouth...ending up in hospital because they got exposure to high concentration of Covid-19 virus.   Again, just guessing.

Come on....  If this happen in China..... People would be calling these events  "Smoking Guns" and dismiss the explaination in the reports as lies, cover ups.....
