Closed out my position at $22.75. This is gonna pull back for sure. Make sure to take some profit here Snakey as you do nothing but complain when it dips.

Already tossed a few around $22.00 even...just cause I'm borrowing at 5.4%.  If not I wouldnt have sold anything.  I think Q4  financials for REITS will continue to boost them a big higher, might even hit $24!

Believe it or not, there are a bunch of schmucks on 3.33x margin owning REITs like FCR.UN and REI.UN.

It means they use 230% margin, which is the maximum amount you can use on Interactive Brokers. Highly risky.
