Agree. This just doesn't  seem like a very good deal. I am pretty sure that if they carried on, the stock would be $8 or $9 next year. As usual, the small retail investor is tossed by the wayside. They are not taking it private to lose money.

Yeah... that sounds about right more or less.  I voted no in one broker account and will send in the vote on the other account tonight as well. I think if they offered 9 it would be "ok" and go through.  I would take 8.50 but just barely, and that is "today", if markets keep rising overall, then even that price because a question.   No way this is going ...more

I agree this deal seems like management looking after there own best interest not share holders.  A price around $9 would definitely be easier to accept with what looks like what is ahead for markets.

I wish you'all luck in this transaction. It was interesting to see the details provided yesterday to encourage the deal to succeed. Also interested to see the valuation had a range included instead of simply saying FAIR to shareholders. Today , you get this "Rocky Mountain Dealerships Inc. My purchase price was $11.55, so I am underwater even at $9.00. That is why I was willing to remain a shareholder for years to come.
