Former Hammer Equipment owner trying to pull off a leveraged buyout. Even at $7.40 the offer is to low. Hopefully retail investors have voted no already as I have.

Price Increase - $7.41
Small increase in the buyout price this morning and the announcement of 2 larger shareholders coming on board. Obviously not getting a lot of support for their $7.00 bid. But I still will leave

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Voted No
My purchase price was $11.55, so I am underwater even at $9.00. That is why I was willing to remain a shareholder for years to come.

RE:RE:If ag rev on the way up for equipment suppliers, Deal good?

I doubt very much that the buyout will occur at $7.00 Enough shareholders will not accept it, expecially in the context of the recent market in which everything has been rising Either another bidder
