Vote No to buyout

Former Hammer Equipment owner trying to pull off a leveraged buyout. Even at $7.40 the offer is to low. Hopefully retail investors have voted no already as I have.

Small increase in the buyout price this morning and the announcement of 2 larger shareholders coming on board.  Obviously not getting a lot of support for their $7.00 bid. But I still will leave ...more

I agree this deal seems like management looking after there own best interest not share holders.  A price around $9 would definitely be easier to accept with what looks like what is ahead for ...more
