Hopefully enough other people vote NO to stop management from this cheap takeover.
Business is rebounding and RME, with this takeove bid affecting the stock price, RME is underperforming competitors like WJX and CERV. Likely if we stop this takeover, the price will jump sharply to be more in line with competitors.
I repeat, vote NO!
