Second Quarter results and take over

RMP's next news release is slated for August 14th where they report their 2nd quarter 2015 results. The results should be much better than expected and we should see a substantial share price hike at that point. Also, I believe they've been approched to be taken over, but the bids are not as great as they could be after 2nd Q announcement.
