Management need to go, they are looking after themselves, shareholders are on the back burner. There is something wrong in there. Wonder what will happen when the Burkina Faso gov get a bit testy with them...

They have been doing everything right operationally and if you listen to the last conference call it sounds like they have something in the works for shareholders once cash flow really ramps next year. Presumably once these impatient sellers are done, the stock will lift. Maybe with the tax loss selling phase over in a few weeks.

Maybe they should implement a share buyback program since it seems that "from time to time the market price of Roxgold's Common Shares ("Common Shares") does not reflect the underlying value of the Common Shares"............... Sleeping overpaid execs

The shorting is not helping, I think it was about 900 000 shares on the 7th Dec, it is like they have been given a green light !

that black out period sounds fishy... I have also talked to IR and was given a similar excuse. Has anyone looked into this? blackout periods seem to prevent trading 364 days a year lol

Are they conserving cash in case a predator is circling? Would make more sense. Still sucks to see a great project spiral down.

How is the project spiraling down? Seems like operating metrics are good and production and free cash flow should grow meaningfully next year.

Share price trend, looks so great not and it has been doing it for a while, new lows. If the project is so great why down, if it was short term that’s fine but over a span of time ah no. The better we do the worse the share price, what gives? Other investors see it as well, there something that’s not right.

So far under the buyback 663,300 shares have been purchased for cancellation. Out of 10 million ! not much more than 5%
