Weird trade on finish 74.90

Weird trade on finish: 12-29 at 4pm 53 got shares at higher price than ask at 74.90$ for 1,343 shares and they forgot 50/250 shares I was asking 74.44

Same king of trading happened at close on the 30th Seem like MM are manipulatin stock pricing??  Purpose is it finacing?? It is just weird, is it not?

Hi Bruloil, I noticed these trades too on both days, at close. I think, it has something to do with Market on Close (MOC) Orders. It's not clear very clear to me, how MOC trades work, but following might explain. What Is a Market-on-Close (MOC) Order?
