Rogers Sugar Inc > Employees are all big babies

Employees are all big babies

They're unionized babies. They call in sick during the week and come in on the weekends to enjoy the overtime pay to compensate for the missed money during the week. They use covid as an excuse every time "oh I have symptoms, I have to stay home". The union is so strong, management can't even argue with it.

Management isn't so honest either lol. They told employees last year "you're lucky to have gotten a bonus this year because it was a rough year", meanwhile
they gave themselves 100-700k bonuses, I think the president had 2 million?....

Just let you all know, the employees used to sleep in the locker rooms, on the roof. They are so protected that only physical altercations can get them fired. They do 3 hours of work on an 8 hour shift. Things have chAnged a bit since they told the union they'll bring in machines to replace them but it's still a strong union. Just thought I'd let you shareholders that this union is holding this company back big time.
