Sherritt International Corp > Buyout Maybe ???

Buyout Maybe ???

New management team members, artificially depress sp, right commodity, higher Ni/Co prices ...

Sherritt with a 60 day average sp of .50 cents would be an easy buyout target, add a 50% premium and for .75 cents/sh and the winner takes all.
Now if the winner happens to be located somewhere like Russia or China, let's just say that things could change drastically for Sherritt shaereholders and employees.

The problem here is uncertainty, anything can happen in Cuba right now, these are very desperate times for the Cuban people and very uncertain times for Sherritt.

If Biden fails and Cuba turns to it's comerads for help, things could get ugly.

Sitting on sideline for now ...

No one will touch this company for the following reasons: - Cuban JV is an OFAC listed company.  - the environmental situation in Moa is a disaster. - the company has too much debt. they could sell their technologies division for a few mill, that's you best hope for a quick bump in the stock price.
