I have faith in Leon and steering us into a growth phase. It will take him some time to make adjustments. I'm not sure that there is a growth path trough the fort site without some major changes. I don't believe they can squeeze a whole lot more production out of the fort site. The fort site has an overhead issue that I would like to see him tackle. I voted against say on pay. S still hasn't learned to turn off the pay taps.  The phatom share grants make little sense since so much of their share price  is tied to the price of nickel and not performance.  What did the grant recipients do to earn the huge bonus they'll get if nickel doubles in price over the 3 year vesting period?
