Yup, they have nothing to work with in Cuba so they are used to going to other poor countries with the same conditions. Cuban medical teams also assisted in Andorra and in Latin America, the Caribbean, Africa, Asia and the Middle East. Cuban doctors, accustomed to working under resource-constrained conditions, have been requested to assist in the pandemic response abroad.
I wonder where they keep all those chickens and goats they get paid with?
Sherritt is $0.30 and Cuba is starving. Regime change may come and sherritts goat is cooked.
