I WOULD SAY THIS SHOULDN'T BE A SURPRISE
Given the USA populist movement and given Trumps comments about leaving NATO and given the USs weaponization of the USD and the swift system, completely rational that even allies are developing a CYA stance. Plus all the insecurity in the world including Russia now warning Israel...these wars could quickly expand. Cuba isn't even on the back burner with what the US is dealing with at the moment. Sherritt remains in purgatory. IMPO
