Share conversion

According to the amalgamation certificate:

" the Corporation shall round up to the next whole share the number of Common Shares to be delivered to any particular Holder upon such conversion. "

Thanks uwebb, I thought I had read that before, but couldn't find the reference again. Odd that Watrous is posting incorrect info. And it is normal to round down below a half share and round up above it. Thanks for the clarification.

That's what I read, but my broker, in my case, said they usually round down. I guess that's their commission.
