Upcoming Dividend

Any guesses on what the dividend will be when announced in Aug.   I think along with  a modest dividend they should retire   more debt. Management said they were comfortable with the 2.6B debt but I’d like to see debt well  under 2B.  They are projecting $1B in free cashflow at 80$ oil, how will they reward us?

A $1 annual dividend would yield about 3% and it would cost the company $215 million a year. Would that make Waterous and other shareholders happy? I wouldn't pay any dividends until the debt is cut at least in half or more but let's see what happens and how the market will react. Will trade accordingly.

I could see the $1 share. That would be sustainable with oil as low as $61-62 and leave plenty of room for specials as they seem to be in favor of.   Id love to see debt be paid back aggressively , but I think they will get the share price more respectable and figure out ways to buy back Waterous shares l get some money back whole not drying up liquidity any more than it currently is ...more

Agree, 100%. I too am in favor od debt reduction. At this point, stock appreciation dwarfs a dividend
