BMO’s Michael Murphy lowered his target for Spartan Delta Corp.  to $6.25 from $18 with an “outperform” rating.

More from BMO which answers an earlier question. GLTA SDE will begin trading June 21 post the date of record for its previously disclosed distribution, which consists of $9.50 per share cash plus a share and warrant of Logan Energy. We estimate an initial trading range of the new Spartan Delta of $4.50-4.90 per share,” he said.
