I still cant believe the execution of this divestiture. they have had the dough for over a month...why cant it be paid faster...Logan warrant expiration will be days from reciept. 

makes no sense

Biker222 - just reporting from RBC direct where today July 5th the numbered company that replaced SDE and was locked for trading is now valued at zero. I suspect this means they are moving things to the new SDE trading symbol that should be going live soon. From what I read in the SDE bulletin a while back all the paperwork for the distribution and Logan shares and warrants should be done by July

AM on July 6th - SDE untradeable and valued at zero which doesnt look great in my account. I'm thinking July 7th better be the day that we long suffering schmucks get something or end of busines day today. Also zero dividend and zero Logan and course zero warrants. BTW if I search for LGN or V.LGN which are the tickers assigned to Logan they don't yet exist, so maybe by close of business

OK ...  the trading day has ended and it looks like the legal boiler plate statement that says we receive our Logan shares and warrants and distribution on or about July 6th, 2023 has enough legal wiggle room that July 6th is not the day. Hopefully Friday July 7th counts as on or about. Have to say this is very frustrating, especially considering how smoothely the special dividend was

Negative - as of 13:24 Pacific Time I have nothing in the way of a dividend, nor is SDE tradeable when market is open, and neither hair nor hide has been seen of Logan and its warrants. I hope tomorrow we hit off with a good start and all this in the rear view mirror.

SDE shares locked up untradeable. Still waiting for dividends and Logan shares. Probably next week?

My SDE is held in a CIBC account and everything showed up late yesterday. GLTA

For tax purposes, I pulled out a calculator regarding the special $9.50 dividend.  29% was considered as a return of capital while the remaining 71% was considered as a dividend. GLTA

Our SDE in Scotia shows nothing... no $, no Logan, no warrants... as of 921 am today. Scotia is always slow with Divies.

I called CIBC to exercise the wts. They are unable to do it right now because they are still gathering up all the details but they now have my directions so will do it as soon as they are able. They wil also notify me when the stock will begin trading and under what ticker. GLTA

Yup my iTrade account looks no different today. Itrade is terrible, they keep our $$ until the last second.

Acadienwind - Only the January $2 dividend which was a painless process landed in my account. The $9.50 dividend and other accoutrements have only graced the accounts of CIBC clients like the esteemed ritiredcf. Hopefully you are amongst that group.

biker222 I hope that you have received the dividend today July 7th as others have. I have not yet seen a thing at RBC which is starting to get slightly frustrated. I was hoping for late July 6th but that didnt happen. So it seems, accoreding to the ever dependable retiredcf, that CIBC has gotten this traightened out. July 7th update from RBC who I phoned this morning. Nothing yet in my account and SDE shares still untradeable. That's the bad news. The better news is they claim they have not received the paperwork from the transfer agent, which must be coming by pony express, and that when that arrives everything should be as expected. I am told that everything including Logan shares and warrants and
