yes, the house cleaning you are referred to was exasperated by the s&P index getting rid of SDE after the distributions. It makes sense, in the sense that its not the representative company once the divestiture and dividend.  I was picking away at this on the weakness, not appreciating the index rebalance and/or major instittions also re balancing.  if so, we need a good qtr 3 and a

i beieve they telegraphed the quarterly dividend with the july distribution. I also believe that  this management team did not special dividend the 9+ dollar out without making sure that they had a well defined plan of replacing production AND ensuring comfortable debt- so that they can start paying distributions....not like the industry which is nearing the ideal net debt level for

From what i see is they want to pay their debt down H2. Latest presentatation shows that on page 6. I would say they will look at the divy agaian in H1 of 24.
