The offering has been upsized to $85M gross. + the usual 15% over-allotment.

This week, i call that success. Good for SDE to pull this off. Says lots about the managment team and the reason i held my shares and added after the last transaction. Sorry I missed the buying opportunity in the 3.80's this AM. My bad! GLTA TD12

No doubt. Canadian oil and gas was bad today. The fact they raised that much at that price speaks volumes about management.

Finally filled a buy today in the 3.80's that i missed on day 1. Anyhow, buying this is easy compared to navigating the CDN landscape and holding E&P this week. What a complete mess.... and opportunity? TD12
